Swami Sitaramananda has been a dedicated monk for over 40 years and is a highly respected teacher in the field of Yoga and Self-healing. She serves as the director of the Sivananda Ashram Vedanta Yoga Farm in California and the Sivananda Yoga Resort and Training Center in Vietnam. Swamiji also oversees teaching in China, Taiwan, and Japan.

As a senior acharya (spiritual teacher) of the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers, she has guided thousands of students on their spiritual and healing journeys. Her extensive international teaching experience spans multiple continents, where she conducts training courses and workshops on yoga, meditation, and self-healing.
